Returns and Exchanges

We allow returns or exchanges on unworn merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items received outside this period will not be accepted.

When returning goods, please note:

  • Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered in any way or washed.
  • All tags must remain in place. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or if the product shows any signs of wear.
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging.

We can only exchange items for a different size of the original style. We regret that we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchange. If you wish to exchange for a different style, please return your purchase for a refund within 7 days of receiving it and place a new order for any new product. 

Once your returned items have been received and passed a quality check, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund. Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your return via email.

Returns from within the United States:

  1. Email us at inquiries@soleilrose.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA Number), please provide us with 1) your original order number and 2) your reason for returning the merchandise. 
  2. When returning goods, please include the garment(s), enhancers, and original packaging.

  1. We do not cover the cost of returns. Items for exchange will be re-sent to you at your own cost.
